Salesians participation in the national level leadership training programme organised AIACHE

All India Association for Christian Higher Education (AIACHE) had organised a 7 days Faculty-Student training programme in Professional Ethics and Values – Developing New Strategies for Future Leadership in India in Governance and Public Services from 12 October to 18 October 2015 at AIACHE Secretariat , New Delhi. Mr. Sandeep Sundas (Faculty) and Mr. Himanshu Singh (Student) had participated the training programme. The training for both faculty and students together was the first ever initiative taken by AIACHE. There were 34 students and 12 faculty members who participated the training programme representing different states of the country. The training was mainly to develop leadership qualities, identify leadership in oneself and to augment qualities of leadership. Knowledge fill resource persons with enriching talk and group assignment made the programme a success. The programme would start at 8 am and continued till 7 pm every day.

 

Furthermore, visit to the historical places, exploring the rich cultures of India added a fruitful meaning to this training programme.
